You select a ham and a glaze
We’re confident that any ham and glaze combination you choose will be perfect for your special occasion. Simply select a ham and complimentary glaze. Additional glazes are available for purchase.
We deliver it to your door
Tell us when you want your ham delivered, and it will be waiting on your doorstep in a sealed cooler. Your ham comes frozen to ensure freshness and flavor. Your glaze is included in the same box, wrapped in extra packaging for safe delivery.
How big are the hams?
All CUREMASTER RESERVE® Hams are hand trimmed and range from 8-10 pounds, containing approximately 12-18 servings.
How are the hams shipped?
Each ham arrives in a custom cooler with your selected glaze pairing and an authentic ham netting. Simply tell us when you want it delivered, and it will be there waiting for you.
Who will deliver my ham?
Your ham will be delivered by either UPS or FedEx delivery. You will receive tracking and shipping information once your order is processed.
Will my ham be frozen?
Yes. We flash-freeze the hams to seal in flavor and guarantee freshness. Warming instructions will be included and easy to follow once you open the package.
How do I thaw my ham?
You may notice that your CUREMASTER RESERVE® Ham has arrived frozen. This is to ensure freshness and preserve taste. Allow 4-5 hours per pound of thaw time in the refrigerator and 30 minutes per pound when thawing in cold water. We recommend thawing in the refrigerator.
Does the glaze come on the ham?
No. The glaze of your choice comes in a separate glass container. Simply follow the heating instructions included with your ham. Don’t forget to set some aside for dipping!
Can I purchase just the glaze?
No. You will receive a complementary glaze with a purchase of a CUREMASTER RESERVE® Ham. You may purchase one additional glaze for $5.00.
How do I prepare my ham?
Heat the oven to 275°F. A lower temperature ensures a juicy ham, unlike others you’ve had before. Remove the ham from the packaging and place face-down in your baking pan. Add 2 cups of water to the pan and cover it with foil. For every pound, heat 12 minutes. Once the ham is fully warmed to 140°F, it’s time to glaze. But first, remove the water from the pan.

Can I send a ham as a gift?
Absolutely. Just ensure that you have the correct address at the checkout. However, a CUREMASTER RESERVE® Ham is a gift best hand-delivered.
How do I store my leftovers?
Once this ham is heated, store leftovers in the refrigerator 3-5 days or 1-2 months in the freezer. Do this within 2 hours of sitting at room temperature. When heating leftovers after they’ve been safely stored, reheat to 165F.
